Faltzar: has on auto lock,hits multiple targets, and buster moves at a slow speed
Grega:has auto lock and buster is musch faster and more rapid

Well in Megaman there are so many things that a based on Phoenix's so that could very well be. Greger isn't relly a beast either. I would say the fact that Falzar flies is what mkes it harder to control.
