Well, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do this, but I use romnation.net. It's got Roms for just about everthing, even DS. But the DS emulator doesn't work of course. Anyway, like Chase said, I'd rather have it legally, but I'll prolly get the rom first.
Oh, and Romnation doesn't have BN6 yet, but give it a week or two and it'll be there. And look on the right side for emulators.

You could always buy the imports like I did. The regional settings weren't different on EXE 6 so you should be fine.

I have MMEXE6 (in jap) but I cannot understand a siingle word, I hope AM/ENG version will be released soon (and I hope Zero will show in that or at least to be able to use bass, or in case of soul-mode that Protosoul would be made less ugly)

My brother and i understand a bit of Japanese, i managed to understand enough of the story and some details to finish the game.
I got RMEXE6 from a ROM yes. Finished it in 4 days. Now im going after Forte (The secret boss as always -.-)
I got a DS emulator that only works with few DS roms, haven't tried MMBN5:TL yet
