Well there's not been many active threads for this board so I've always wondered...Is this series not gonna continue anymore? I always thought it was wierd that there was only three that came out of this series.

yeah, may as well count the legends series as dead, Keiji Inafune said they weren't making legends 3 or megaman 9...
so unless they somehow get convinced that people want legends 3 then they won't make it.

In Japan they call this series Rockman DASH and Megaman Legends in America and Europe.

Nothing just different titles and languages, maybe a few extras in the English version.

If the series is dead, it will be one of capcom's series that actually did. Compared to other companies, they've had more successful series than unsuccessful series

How old is the legend series anyway. I don't think it is as old as that lifespan of megaman games says it is.

I think the N64 version came out in 1998 or 99 and the psx/pc versions came out in 96

The first Mega Man game came out in 1988. MM2-MM6 were released once a year through 1993.
