Gaia armor is my favorite. I can't stand the falcon armor because it is so week. Plus, it makes fighting the boss in the second level of the fortress extremely easy if you can make it up. It's difficult to get to the boss though. I lose several lives trying to make it to it in that armor.

but with the Falcon you can
FLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! So you can avoid much enemies, and that blast is uber powerfull.

Seeing as how I can't choose the ultimate armor alone, I say Gaia. I would have preffered Shadow, but that's not till the (crappy) next game. Shadow armor is a ninja.

I chose Falcon Armor to the whole flying thing. And the buster is very useful in wiping out enemies/bosses.

The only thing that stood out to me as good about the falcon armor was that you were invincible while flying. However, the buster is extremely week, and you never know when the flying is going to run out. Plus, if I remember correctly, once you start firing, you lose your flight. That's why I'd chosen the Gaia Armor as better.

I choose Gaia, since it's one of the few armors which is invulnerable to spikes. I HATE SPIKES!!!

with the falcon you just can fly over them.
And in X5 I NEVAR (oh just 1, not never) died to spikes.
And if you ask, that was because I was almost sleeping.

But with Falcon, it's more likley that you'll abruptly run out of flight time and fall into them. But Gaia armor is always invulnerable to spikes, the boots have the magic in them. So Gaia boots, SHadow buster, falcon's everything else.

So- Falcon is better for good peeps who want massive firepower and flying.
Gaia is good for weak peeps that can't advoid spikes. =/

Weak??? It was the strongest buster man! I think you're getting the Falcon Armor and the Ultimate Armor mixed up in terms of busters. You better replay X5. You've got it backward. |

falcon armor. you can fly and the buster is better. the gaia's buster doesn't go off the screen. your slow when you dash, making it near impossible to get to the final boss. in my opinion,
Falcon > Gaia

It is a little one but it is stronger then the Ultimate Blast.
