Dam, that would suck. But after his final battle with Weil, where Weil ACTUALLY FOUGHT, it looked like he got peace...er, peices of himeself rained down on the world. Kinda sucky ending though...The least they could do is have Ceil find what remained of his helmet.

that was because Weil was half human..
and besides, he lost his "Uber Omega defense" after X1.
and he scarficed himself...
the only thing that brought peace was because Zero was no more..

um,I dunno how to tell you guys this,but X is not immune.he just never caught it(luck I guess?...)
the mavrick/sigma virus never caught with zero either
but the zero virus is the true form of the virus in general.wily made this to spread terror around the world,and as a "booster"for zero...heck it IS the TRUE zero,which explains why zero powers up from it.
EDIT:oh yea...forgot..lol
going mavrick has nothing to do with the desire for killing humans,otherwise,Sigma would have become desperate for X and zero to join him.it's mainly just going insane pretty much.the only problem is to speculate whether sigma truly is a mavrick or not,eing as he is not as crazy as he's supposed to be-yet his systems are strongest of all-YET by the government,he is labeled maverick...can't argue with that...
uh,..anywho,...yes,zero and x can go maverick,as it's the virus taking over them that causes it.x will go through what everyone goes through,while zero will revert to his normal,TRUE self,which is him WITH the virus,meaning that he is labeled/Officially mavrick.
