I don't know why, but I had the sudden urge to mutilate Axl in a bloody, horrible death. Hence, this poll! Joy!
Personally, I don't think Axl belongs in the MMX universe and frankly, I find him to be a wanker. Maybe if I get enough support, we can go to Capcom and have them remove Axl from any future Mega Man games!

I love the idea. Down with Axl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is not a character in the X series I loathe more. In my flash, Zero is the one to kill him.

Axl sucks in each side. He can't defeat any mavericks as a hunter, and as maverick he got no chance against one 100+ years old maverick.
PS: Each maverick loses of the "Red Maverick" but Axl is the worst one.

Woot! Lumine or whatever his name is will reform from Axl and X and Zero will kill him right? RIGHT!?!?
Axl should just not exist, his character design sucks, his attitude is crap, and his DNA copying ability just doesn't impress me. He also seems to be a majorly cliche'd type of character. And he constantly got on my nerves in X7, "OH PLEASE!!! LET ME BE A MAVERICK HUNTER!!!" Capcom forcing us to play as him was just... wrong.

i used to hate axl but ever since i met "Advent Axl" ive started to like axl more...i really dont know why though

I like Axl in X8. Was original and pretty useful and his design is good, he could have a different weapon rather than a gun though but I'm fine with it. Didn't like him in X7 though, he was a cheap copy of X in X7. |

I have no experience of Axl whatsoever, Although he does happen to annoy the heck out of me being that people like him so much and I seriously don't want it continuing into the ZX series. So I'm gonna jump on the Band Wagon and vote yes.

Didn't they say they wouldn't be making X9, oh and I think I kinda figured out what would happen if there would be one.
First of all new antagonist, then Axl eliminates everyone in Maverick Hunter Base, when X and Zero aren't around.
*So far this is what I thought up as characters like Signas, Palette, Alia, etc mysteriously disappeared and Zero probably blame himself as to why Axl turned Maverick, which is why he was sealed.
