Nobody was ever really sure about Elpizo, they guy who liked wearing pink and playing with his hair. Cuz he showed an interest in Ciel so he can't be completely gay. Nobody is really certain about Elpizo, the only thing you can be sure of is that he's one messed up dude.

He didn't have a neccecary interest in Ciel. He just kept asking Ciel if she was making the right choise of putting him in charge. I wonder if he was planing to go crazy. If by interested in Ciel you mean he acting too friendly in a way then here's something. He acted the same way toward Zero when he...Somehow got off the throne. Well he acted that way until Zero showed his interest in him.

Yeah not only was he too friendly but half the reason he wanted power was to attract Ciel to him and away from Zero. And he kept talking about her even at the end, he clearly wanted her in my mind. But then again theres enough proof that he's gay too. I stand by what I said before, he's messed up.

i say there both extreme feminists!!!!!!
but yeah im inclined to agree with the fact that elpizo wanted ciel and i do admit he had a wierd dress sense, same goes for lumine but hey in animes guys dressing as gals is common! and theres always the feminist so maybe capcom tried taking this angle on board to make there characters look cool and striking to the eye maybe??
