Whatever. I don't care about the whole flame war thing. So I ain't gonna start it. Besides, as far as I know, they never end well. Usually with someone getting banned or at least kicked for a time period.

Btt. I find it odd that mario was all sparkly. You know what I mean? I mostly think it's odd becuase all the other auras and all that have great detail but then, all of a sudden, it just went to crap with the sparkles. Then again, they could have been part of the sprite.

wow...where the heck have you been all this time?....it's a star.if you've played a single mario game,you'd know why those sparkleys are there.they only gave sonic an aura because he went super,and you know what reference that makes to DBZ.that's why.
is bowser still a main enermy?mario whooped his butt,but...oh well,we'll see...lol

Mario gets all sparkly with the Star, that I understand. Mario's super form in SMBZ is the Feather (Cape) as seen on his battle with Bowser. Dunno if he'll ascend to a sort of SS3 version when he gathers the 7 emeralds.
Now. I think it was wrong to make Sonic go Super Sonic with a star, that totally ruins the Emeralds purpose (Unless he intends them to make him Hyper Sonic in the end). He should be sparkly too.

I don't think it ruins it... because a star makes mario invincible which is sort of like his 3rd level super (1st and 2nd level super are fire flower and cape ) and sonic would have went super because it would be natural, that's how his body would react. it would treat the energy as if it were chaos energy and allow him to go super. However since the star only provides so much energy in comparison to the emeralds, it would be a very limited super. Especially since they both used the power of the star, so it would divide the energy between them, further weaking both of them. If mario had used it alone he would have been much stronger than if sonic and mario had used it.

Sonic can get the sparklys too. I haven't played any of the new games, but in sonic the hedgehog 3 there is a capsule of sparklys Sonic can get. Its pretty much a copy of the star thats on Mario. Sonic didn't have to go Super, he could have just had the sparklys as well.

It is making sense, your just not paying attention. *Snaps fingers* I haven't played any of the recent games, but I doubt that Super Sonic can fly in any of the stages that he isn't supposed to. AE probably just put Super Sonic there to avoid making new sprites, or he forgot about sparkly Sonic. |

and it dempends on what you mean,when you said that you bout he flies...no,he never flies in any of the levels,but in the older games,when you go super sonic on the regular levels,Sonic's super sprites are of him flying,but still on ground level.................who am I kidding?I have no idea what you're talkin about here,lol

Recent games, Sonic can fly effortlessly. But in the early games, he mearly hovered going at a high speed. What I really dislike about the later games is that you can't go Super Sonic on your own, and running out of rings kills you...I wonder...Because many have probably died and got the crap kicked out of them using the Chaos Emeralds, would that build up the negative energy in them? Could Sonic go....DARK SUPER SONIC AND KICK SO MUCH AZZ, IT'S ALMOST NOT FUNNY?!?!?! That way, it's 9000 times over NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNDDDDDD!!!!!! Maybe...

Well, slightly in New Super Mario Bros... but thats it. If they put too many sparkles in, he would look like a Hyper Sonic cos-playing a plumber. I know how to debug in S&K3 (which is annoying to get) and I can get Hyper Sonic with one item. Just drop one of those boxes and BOOM! Insta-Hyper Sonic: Side effects include epilepsy, confusion, dizziness, complete ownage of any enemies between you and that sign/Eggman, and anal leakage. Heh, sorry. Saw this odd flash where Sonic starts bleeding...from you know where.
