I just finished watching this. I gotta say, I'm astonished at the effort put into this flash. Especially since it's very hard to make it seem like there is any effort in sprite movies nowadays. But it's clear you went the extra mile to make this more than just another "MARIO VS. DBZ MEGAMATRIX SAGA!!1!1!1oneone#!".
I especially like the glowing red lines in the first background, an extra touch that wasn't really necessary, but it was a nice bit of icing on the cake. And the voice acting? You've certainly got the best female voice actress(es?) at Newgrounds, but the mavericks were especially well done!
I especially love the voice of Deathdance Mantisk, who sounds EXACTLY like I imagined he would. And he actually takes the stupidest "laugh" in the world ("CHIKA-CHIKA-CHIKA!"), turns it around, and makes it COOL! Even Ohmadon, who up until now had about as much voice acting talent as me(very little) is showing signs of improvement in this flash! He's not perfect at what he does, but he says his lines with more accuracy now than ever before. This flash movie, overall, sounded like a decent anime, which is pretty d*** good by Newgrounds standards.
There's some great music selection as well, and the animation is smoother than ever. The writing is also VERY well put together, my favourite scene being with Dr. Weil(who I am convinced is Dr. Wily, simply from his concept art alone). The voice might not be what I imagined Dr. Weil sounding like, but it carries an impressive script so that it doesn't sound awful. Overall, while some of the characters' voices aren't entirely flawless, they all FIT. That's what counts, and that's what seperates it from past attempts such as the 8-Bit Theatre flashes.
As for MMZ: Last Cataclysm? Loved it. Easily one of the best sprite-flash movies I've ever seen. I guess now they'll take you seriously now that you're up on the front page, eh FlameZero?

However, I disagree with your statement regarding Omahdon. I've worked with Omahdon several times in several Voice Acting projects, ranging from fandubs to radioplays and as a audio producer and casting director for voice over, I personally think he has a great voice and his acting is definitely solid. He has a unique sound to his voice and I'll be damned if that trademark isn't appreciated. Hate it or love it, he's still a damn good voice actor as well as a writer. Which, if I may add, helped out Flamezero an awful lot. If he is such a talentless piece of Sh** such as, allow me to use your example, yourself...then I'd like to bash the countless of flash, radioplay and video producers for making a bad call. Oh, wait. I'm one of them. Guess I'll have to quit the audio business while I'm at it since my judgement is so much more worse than that of some random guy online. I await the next script where I'll have the honor of working with this free-ranging post-modern audio artist again named Omahdon ^_^ |

Here to complement and some other stuff: First, congratz FZ for making 1st and the load of pv Interisting sotry going on and all and that's cool that Harpu, Levi, and Ferir teamed up with him But if you dont mind I have some concern... The sprite, background etc was great cept some of the voice actors Good Guy: Too me, Levi and Ferir were very good voice actors, but Harpu and Zero, i must say, kinda bugged me... Harpu: He can do a bit better on his battle cry and stuff. The guy is has a great voice, I can tell but he can do better on that Zero: I'm not sure what to say about him but its probably that his voice maybe...too low?  Bad Guys: I have nothing really to sa about them, great job. Love all of the voices (esspeacilly the vamprie guy ^_^) Overall: Last thing I like to say is that I beileve the Heros should try and do a better job on the battle cry... nosie... They have what it takes but it seems like its not there (For the people who did the vocie acting, I'm sorry if you think of this a bad way but I beileve you all did great. just a bit more improvment) That's all, keep it up... |

Dude I watched this about 3 times already. The music wuz great and ZERO kicked  . Nothin iz better than comic violance. DId I tell you that it kicked ? Will they ever make the Part 2 if they did plz e-mail me!!! |

Well...after rewatching the movie a couple times I noticed this..
The ENDLESS ROBOTS scene . . .wasn't really endless.If you look at MM THE REAL ADVENTURE's Endless Robots scene...Your overwhelemd by how many robots there are! I MEAN JUST EVERYWHERE! But here....I wasn't really overwhelmed.
Oh and MMZ just got on the TOP FIFTY OF ALL TIME!!!!

Hmm...I still want to do RA2
But because of the attention I want to finish the MMZ series first - I'll start making MMZ The Last Cataclysm 2 soon.And when It finishes I'll start working on RA2 ^^

I keep seeing reviews about how the voiceacting needed work, I swear if the voiceacting in this flash movie needed work NOTHING will be good enough for newgrounds users....
then I see it so high in the top50 then suddenly it just pluemmets out. It just pisses me of to no ends how so many assinine people discrimante against for only 3 reasons.
A. Its a sprite flash
B. The superb voiceacting is not up to there standards
C. Mario/Sonic didnt appear.
Those are some really pathetic reasons to hate a flash.
