Yeah, it's something to look forward to after the exam periods we've had. Gives a chance to unwind. Before the next year of dark sarcasm in the classroom.
...yay...

I got some naughty calendar, chocolate, money, a bag to carry my laptop in, and a book about Led Zeppelin (marvelous band!).
Nothing extraordinary. The calendar did bring forth plenties of humiliation, though. >.<

All I got was a printer/scanner thing and of course, an Xbox 360. All I got was Gears of war 2 and....*sigh*...Halo 3(Not bad, but playing it after GoW made me feel cheap, what with the super jump and whatnot) along with about..$75.
We're going for a huge T.V. sometime when the sales come up. I can't wait...and sometime eventually, I'll be buying more 360 games.

I got: - A new jumpdrive (8 GB microvault one by Sony); - A power supply and an inverter for on the go power for my laptop (or cell phone or whatnot); - Rogue Galaxy and Mercenaries 2: World in Flames for PS2. - A bunch of DVD+are Dual Layers. - A bluetooth headset for my cellphone. - and the other usual stuff (some money, clothes and chocolates.) Not a bad christmas, just a bit worried bout the battery pack thing affecting my laptop. (As it produces a distinct hum from the speakers when plugged into it, and after a bit of research I've found that modified sine wave inverters can be hard on the laptop batteries and affect their AC charge cycles and wreck the batteries. Though the product says it can be used for laptops... But that distinct buzzing has me a bit worried. And other sources says that means it isn't compatible. [the source] as well as the debate which seems to have taken place here... ) So, anyone have any insight to help this dilemma, as I don't feel like wrecking my laptop (or it's rather expensive batteries) over this. (The power inverter/battery is about 60-70$ at most expensive and a replacement Toshiba battery is minimum 200$)

Hope you guys all had a better Christmas than I did. In all seriousness, I may as well have gotten a rock. No, really. At least you can play with a rock. What I got was -New bed comforter and sheet -I didn't ask for this ever nor imply that I needed a new one -Heated Blanket -This is retarded. Maybe I can set myself on fire with it. -ACDC Black Ice CD -This pisses me off especially. From the way it was wrapped, I was expecting a GAME, not a f***ing Album. -GPS -I have to share this with everyone. Seriously, right after opening it my dad said I had to share it with my sister and mom. THANKS A LOT. -AXE cologne and body wash -I don't need this one bit. Just makes me want to kill someone now. Put someone in front of me and I'm sure that I'll set them on fire with my gaze alone. -Back Massaging Seat Cover -This isn't SO bad. Wait, no. It only works in my car. Read that last line a few more times. I can't be distracted with a BACK MASSAGE when I'm driving down the damn freeway! I didn't get ANYTHING I asked for, but everyone else did!? WHAT THE F*** MAN!?I do all the work around my house, all of it. But with 3 lazy sisters and a baby(not mine) to watch, ITS HARD WORK KEEPING SANE. Yet, they get what they want and I'm stuck with bedsheets!? I may as well have eaten sh*t on my last post.

Hmm, apparently not that bad in terms of gift recieving.
Though holidays with the relatives is fun... (Gotta love spending time with my "world traveler" uncle who's seen all there is to see and knows everything... Such is a fool who tells you that it is worth it to drive 12 hours to go to the US to buy a turkey for half the cost of one here... and spend 300$ on fuel while your at it. Brilliant, no?)
well, only downside for myself is that my major gift is rather unusable for the purpose I intended it for... I can't use it on my laptop safe and reliably and I don't have any other devices which could really make use of it. (Possibly my cellphone, but again it has a battery and if it screws with the ac charge cycle, then I won't use it on my cellphone either cause I don't want to wreck my cellphone.)

Mine was...not all that great, but it's forevermore that I'm worried about. The next time christmas comes around, I'll be an adult. I won't be getting anything from anyone, so this christmas pretty much had be realize that the whole idea of christmas in general is over with for the rest of my life. I'll be honest: The celebration of Jesus is the last thing on my mind when the time comes around, let alone getting presents(Christmas day or not, I only get up at 2-3 P.m. when there's a break.)

Indeed. Just out of curiosity for those of us that are expecting presents, what kind of stuff are you hoping for? I've asked for a few movies, Ironman, Batman and Casino Royale. I'm hoping for Mario Kart Wii (I already know I got Metroid Prime 3) and a Wii points card so I can get Megaman 9. Maybe an iTunes card too. And I think my friend is going to buy me the starters thing for WoW, he's been trying to recruit me to that game for awhile. Aside from that, just gift cards to local resteraunts would be nice. Oh, and I asked Santa for a tank. He said maybe when I'm older This is late, but I actually got everything on the list above minus the tank. Plus $50 and a pack of batteries. And a coffee maker. I'm enjoying everything, especially Metroid. Haven't gotten around to playing Megaman 9 or WoW yet, but I'll play those in due time.
