Perheps Subaru is Patch's Japanese name like RockMan. Then Subaru's last name would have to be Hikari instead of Hoshikawa wouldn't it And Patch's jap name seems to be Raito according to Wikipedia |

I think such a task is possible, but I doubt such function would be ported outside of Japan, as I've seen many game related products not making it into the western area, but since the world is improving in technology and getting worse in social affairs at the same time, I'd say there'd be a dim chance.
