i think the naming choice is obvious see
lan- main character of battlenet- his name means local area network
hub- aka megaman - his name means a spot where networks are joined
mayl/meiru- lan's wife- her name is similar to the word mail as in email.
now if you notice all the names are computer related, and patch, well you can have patches for your computer programs... so it makes sense to me.

Rebirth Rockman ZN is the sequel for the RMEXE series made specially for the Rockman anniversary, it will be for the DS.

I knew that already, but it's just stupid. Dex is also supposed to be related to Index. I'm not so sure about Yai or Chaud though. Maylu is the TV version of saying her name so I like saying that better.

There is no guarentee that Patch is that kid. but i have been proven wrong...a lot... I hoping that who ever your friends are help more then the other games. and i mean pysical, not cyber.

Please post more than 3 words, anyways I saw the main protagonist's friends of this new series, and some of them reminds me of characters of MMBN. (What's with people always making the main character friends with nerds anyways? eg. One Piece, Beyblades (don't ask ^^  , etc. |

Their probably going to base the rival's design on Protoman again or maybe even Bass, he was Megaman's rival in the classic series.
