Rockman ZX Advent

There was a mention of a banner with the title of "Rockman ZX Advent" on atomic-fire.com at some Japanese convention. Has anybody heard ANYTHING on this? I'm curious as hell seeing as this could be a potential sequel.

Yes. Advent is the sequel to ZX. Also for the DS.

EDIT: The ZX site now has info about RMZXA. Just a logo, but I believe they will sprout more stuff there soon.

I was just on the Main Site for ZX and I nearly creamed my pants seeing that logo *drools*

Something tells my Capcom won't just be recycling the Biometals from the last one; they may be included, but I doubt they'll be the only ones for use. It looks like Capcom is putting in a large amount of effort into the ZX series. And please don't put up your custom MMZ-pasted sprites of your custom Biometals, they look gay.

I'd like to know if they're going to keep Vent and Aile, and the ability to choose between them.
And again, I'm sure they'll include new biometals. I'd like to know if the old ones are still used though.

Yeah Capcom seems to always go to the end of the Alphebet. Never thought of that before. But then what about Axl. Does that make him a little less of an X character?

Theres some speculation they could tap into the classic characters. Or if you just look into Rio and Vile MkII's work you'll see the possibilities are nearly endless, there are so many characters.
But yes, what my friend was trying to imply was ZXA = Zero, X, Axl

I personally think it just means ZX Advent but it would be nice of Capcom to include Axl or at least shed some light on what became of him in the end. Right now he's just another poor guy who fell down a plot hole.

The thing I'm hoping for the most is a good story for this one. I think inventing biometals that come from characters that are not in any MM game. Create new heroes, and a new story.

I don't know why people think Advent will sport new heroes. Why would they do that? Vent and Aile were the ones chosen by the biometals, AND the key for Model W's final form, AND foretold by Prometheus and Pandora by "Him". It seems utterly ridiculous to think new heores will be introduced.

Well, one thing is certain. At the beginning of the game, all of your Biometals besides X and possibly Z, are going to be stolen, damaged, or destroyed.

As for new powers, there are two apparent paths to take. One, mixing the biometals to create things like HF or ZL. The other path is finding your biometal's cores, like they did for Model W. There will also be no more Biometals, since Ciel only made the original six (Model W was found by Ciel, not made).

Finally, I do believe that "Advent" stands for the advent of a new age, either bad with Prometheus and Pandora getting their way, or good with the new coming of peace (Axl seems unlikely...).

I never really thought of mixing the Biometals together and the probability of Capcom thinking of such a twist for the gameplay is quite high, and of course they would add more hints as to how this series is connected to Megaman Legends (or in Japanese Rockman DASH).
