Ciel made Phantom's model too. And as far as I know there is no explination for Model O, its just something Capcom threw in there that has no impact on the story whatsoever.

Maybe because she didn't know about them or have access to their parts? The maverick hunters were long gone by the time Ciel was born and the classic characters even longer.

Yea but the mavrick hunters were probably all blown to tiny little piece that you cant c EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(exept X because Elpizo Anialated him) and no-one remembers them becasue they were 2 happy when zero arrived. (and cyber elf X cant tell em bout his past cause he doesent remember or something lime that)

my guess about where model O came from is that when Omega was killed by Zero, Omega's mind didnt die and when Ragnarock broke up, Omega fused with a piece of it and created biometal model O. obviously Omega's mind didnt stay in model O, otherwise that thing would be talking to your characterlike the other biometals.
As for biometal model W, that thing is Dr. Weil cheating death again. I just hope that when the slither inc. building exploded, the blast killed him for good.
