This was my first Anime i watched. Okay, the first that i saw in full series. Its one of my favourites too, along Last Exile, Black cat, Air Gear[Duh.] and alot more.
I'm watching the entire series again. There might have been an episode or two i missed. Why don't you check it out? Im not really sure this, Zan will like. Kinda classic like Light V.S. Evil stuff. Again. Well, that is what Naruto and Bleach are somewhat like, anyway. Im going back to Veoh to watch. Bye~

I remember seeing that series. It was all right, but not definitely not one of my all time favorites. What was the power source in that called again? Furioku?

I believe so. I find it cruel that the forced the spirits of the dead to fight one another

Here's a fun fact
By the time the anime was finished Shaman King lost popularity, and before Yoh's finally battle with Haoh, they ended the manga series there, since Jump needed more room for newer ideas and newer mangakas, so in other words SK was sacked just before it even ended.
At least the guy did make a special chapter about Yoh's son after the whole thing, so it's left with alot of thoughts of what happened in the final battle.

You can try the Anime. It has a ending. But with a cliffhanger. The tournament is postponed. Then everyone is at Yoh's home, Anna finally does the cooking, perhaps the first and last time, then in a corner, the Oracle bell rings.

What was the name of the uncle of two of the semi-bad guys? Did he have a name that was repeated, or was he generally just called uncle?

... Semi-bad? You mean the one with the Crow's mask? Describe, please.

I think the Unlce is the one using like 50 spirits at once, to make it seem like he has a supa-spirit

I've already seen the anime, I'm just pointing out the fact that in the manga the tournament was further stretched out, Yoh gains more powers, and also the battle between Yoh and Haoh in the anime mever happened.

... Semi-bad? You mean the one with the Crow's mask? Describe, please. There are two teenagers that work for their bad uncle. They are bad for most of the show, but they change their ways slightly after encountering Yo, and then they eventually become good guys and help yo defeat their uncle. I don't remember if one of them has a crows mask or not.

Thought so. You're the kind of person who likes spiritual stuff like Bleach. Then... I think you're drawing a connection to Asakura Yoh through your Ichigo character in Bleach.. Yes.. Could be..

It was alright to me. I remember when I was on of the first at my school to discover it. then I told others about it, then it became popular...I lost interest in after that bevcause everyone thought the knew more than me. recently, I've gotten back into....well, the characters really, lol...I read the manga I get from my shonen jump stuff though.(not to mention I get Yoh's hairstyle when I put on my step dad's huge earphones, lol.)
