I just watch anime, but only little bits.

I do both, but I usually check the manga first before the anime coz I noticed that some great mangas were butchered, when converted into an anime.

I hate watching anime on Youtube.
Anyways, I read manga and watch anime just about the same. Which I do first depends on whichever I stumble on first. Let's take an example to make things easier (and since I love doing this sort of stuff):
Get Backers.
Best damn anime series I've ever watched. Also the first anime series I ever watched all the way. I stumbled on it while shuffling through some site, and decided to download it. I watched it, and I liked it.
A few months ago, I discovered the manga in Galbadia Hotel and made good use of my lightning-fast connection. The first scanlations used rather crude means of displaying the dialogue, but it was bearable. I'm still not done with it, so I can't say too much about it, but it is certainly just as good as the anime.

I only know of one manga book in existance and it's a MMBN book. I usually just watch anime.

They beat that series to death.....
The problem I have with anime sometimes is it strays from the manga, or adds in pointless filler episodes to kill time.
