full metal alchemist is a serie where two boys had lost all they felt happy with ex thier mom died when they where only 10-12 years old.Al the main char wanted to revive their mom but failed by doing alchemist with the forbiden tabao.By doing this he lost his arm and leg and his brother was killed when they did it.Ed (Als little brother) was revived in an armor for the moment.The rules for the alchemist is"you cant gain anything with out giving something in return ".later they went on an adventure to gain back what they lost.They soon found out that a stone called wich i cant remember but they want to find it to gain back what they lost.And its a diffrent world their in,later in the anime series that they will found out how to make a well lets call it wise stone,they soon met people called humunculus or something.Later you will see the boss of full metal alchemist .BUT the ending sucks.Al did reviv ed in to his real body but Al died to by doing so.But still i wish the full metal series would continue.sigh

Just give the kid some time. He will be a lot better after some time. Like when I was for the first time on a forum, My first post was to a dead topic. Now I do everything fine. So just keep it a little bit cool. You need to give him some time.
