Flame Zero Boards Presidential Nomination 2007

With the growing anticipation of next year's presidential elections in the United States of America, one has to question the fact that our forums does not have one for itself. The purpose of this thread is to nominate characters from the numerous Mega Man series and ultimately narrow it down to eight nominees.

The rules are as follows:
1. Each forum member may nominate one character from the Mega Man universe. Also, I will accept only 20 nominations, so make sure to name your nominee asap.

2. The number of characters from each series present in the final election will be dependent on two factors; number of games in the series, and popularity.

3. Each series will receive a nomination poll and the most voted characters will be added to the final ballot.

4. Each poll will be valid until a specified date. After that date, the next series' poll will open and voting will begin again.

With that said, I will open the nominations by voting in Mega Man X.

I nominate Dr.Wily, because he's the who created first maverick, Yess Zerooo. Then Sigma ripped off virus from Zero by accidently while Zero went maverick and he was nearly to kill Sigma.
