Technically, they are not one in the same, but in all reality, they are. So, I think you can safely say either or. However, I didn't start this thread, so don't hold me to that.

I still say Zero, because his design is more cool,plus he has a cool voice, unlike X who sounds like a girl

You do realise that in later Megaman X games they changed his voice to a deeper tone.

My vote went for Zero, reason being simple, He was the first MMX hero that I played with and his missions were more challenging than X as X missions were too simple. Zero has more fighting potential than X. Zero saved the world a GAZILLION times while X sat back and took the credit. Zero has more fighting potential and is still growing and lastly BECAUSE HE HAS A SABER =D. I'm a ZERO fan boy =p

i know! as we speak im playing X4 and i beat it soo easily with x because the buster is overpowered but if you use zero then yo barely do any damage at all with regular attack. so in short
X is cheap
Zero is better but harder to use
