[Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater SPLOILER ALERT] During the ending of MGS3, after Snake (the protagonist) has killed his mentor, it is revealed to him in a recorded message that the US goverment had her killed just to roll off the blame from one of their own messes. When Snake is then saluting the grave of his mentor, the speech in the background details just how badly he and his teacher were with, how the goverment destroyed their lives just to get off the hook. And then, as Snake is saluting the grave, a tear falls down his cheek. And at the same time, a single tear falls down my cheek as well. Damn that was emotional!

Aw, don't remind me. That was screwed up indeed...
My most memorable moment was in Double Dragon 2: The revenge.
Now my brother and I used to play the game alot back in the day. That was when I was little, and was scared of video games in that I was scared to become better.(My older bro was very skilled, and VERY competitive. I knew the day would come where when I become a compitent game, he'd challenge me to remind us both who was the better gamer: Him.)
With that being said, I didn't know of the special attacks, so I only went around punching and kicking, though I became very good at it. Every time we got to the finals levels, we usually died(More or less my fault in some way.)
So anyways, it was a few years later, and we were about to throw out our old NES. We found the game of mentioning and decided: Hey. Why not one more shot? So we did. This time we got far, and to the last level. We fought the boss in his strange illusion place where he's invisible. Now usually, I'm dead at this point and Ron is usually along, either beating the boss or dead. but get this: HE dies! and I'm there alone! So I get all scared and start hesitating, going "Ron, I can't beat him. Take the controller for me!" Then being the bigger brother, he goes and says, 'No...You have to do this. You have to." So my hands are sweating horribly, and the boss comes at me with some sort of spinning clothesline attack, taking five blocks of life out and killing me. I start crying, thinking I faile and slame the controller down while saying: "See?! I told you I couldn't beat him! I told you!"
He then interrupts, saying "Look, you still got one more life left." All calmly and whatnot. so I pick up the controller and start trying again as Billy is respawned. After awhile of fighting, all of a sudden everything becomes wierd, and this cool music comes on. THe boss stops disappearing and this awesome music comes on. THe boss comes at me with the spining clothesline attack, nearly killing me, and then just stands there. As Billy gets up, My brother says to me, "THink of all the times we lost against him. THink of all the times you've never been with me to see it to the end. THis is revenge, so you get yours!" And as he finishes saying that, my brain just totally gets into the gaming zone. I pressed two buttons together, executing the spinning kick attack which knocks the boss onto the ground. He gets up and I start whaling on him with everything. I jump into the air to do the spinning attack, but he dodges. So As I landed, I tapped the two buttons together again to execute the ultra knee attack!(Yea I said it! Screw you, C.Falcon, you copy-catter!) Which sends the boss flying across the room. As if pissed off to high levels, the boss comes in with his spinning clothesline one more time. I do the spinning kick again, cancelling ou this attack, and we both land on the ground, he before me. He disappears to reappear in front of me, and jumps into the air. I then finish him off with the knee attack, and everything goes grey with the wierd sound effects booming through my T.V.....
I had beaten the game. I would've called that the best day of my life, but I'll save that for when I get laid with two chicks at once. It WAS a great day though!
EDIT: Wholy crap, that's alot...whoops lol.

Being somewhat a kingdom hearts fangirl the saddest moment for me has to be in Kingdom Hearts 2 when Axel dies. His ending speech was quite sad yet gave the yaoi fangirls quite a bit to work on.... "I wanted to see Roxas. He...was the only one I liked...He made me feel like I had a heart...It's kind of....funny....you make me feel....the same" -Axel KH2 I admit I was wussy enough to start crying slightly.... www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeyyJBN1wRU

Metal Gear Solid 4... WARNING massive spoilers be here (highlight to read...) Most shocking moment - Watching Snake crawl through the tunnels that are guarded by microwave emitters that are frying him alive as he crawls though it.
Saddest moment - watching Snake put the gun to his mouth, hearing the trigger click, then the screen goes black...
Coolest moment - piloting Metal Gear Rex on Shadow Moses.
Otherwise, I'd have to say Devil May Cry, the part where alastor impales Dante and he stands up, pulling the sword though him as he does... Then again in DMC3 after the first fight with Vergil, when he transforms with his Devil Trigger for the first time.

In resident evil 4 my first time seeing head decapatation by a guy with a bag on his head with a chainsaw... Not really considered precious but, it was probably one of the most memorable other than Dante getting the Guitar in DMC3 then rocking out loud!!!!

I remember the day quite clearly, to be honest. Mom had been on a cruise, and after she got back home, she handed me a videogame, saying "Here's a little souvenir". I looked at the cover, and was like "cool, angels!" So I played the game. Not knowing any english was a very big problem, but I got fairly far in the game. Then I got stuck. I got angry and frustrated, and I stopped playing. Years passed, and the game remained unplayed. I was on either seventh or eighth grade when I finally rediscovered the game on my shelf. Curious, I popped the game into my PS1, and played it like mad. And it was good. Truly, my favourite game of all time was indeed like a creation of the gods, a masterpiece of gaming, a shining diamond in the darkness of poor game design. But then came the day I beat the game. The story had been going on for almost a decade for me, and now it was finally told to the end. During the credits, I felt a little sad and empty. I felt as if the driving force behind all my actions had suddenly gone away. I eventually got past it, and I now replay the game every year. I still feel a little sad every time I see those credits, with "Pure Again" playing in the background.

Capcom vs snk 2 on the arcades When i palying the game, i got up to the very lst boss with was shin akuma. All ofthe sudden some dude with his girlfriend wanted to verse me. SO he putthe quarters in and fought me. Behind me there was a big crowd. Watching me (when i was 14 yrs old) fighting a 19 years old. I owned him badly then he got mad and wanted to fight me again. And so i was like "alright". Then he got really mad and slammed on the arcades, while everybody else was cheering on me. The guy was cursing to his gf while he was walking outside. After that happend, i finished shin akuma, and ppl gave me a good "pat on the back". It was a moment that i will NEVER forget. Another quicke moment was at a tournment for halo 3. It was slayer, and i was in the finals with 3 ppl. And yes i was in the top three. I was ripping those guys at the finals. But then, it was 1 min remaining, and teh guy who was in first place was hiding. And i was in third place with a score of 18, and the other guy was in 2nd place with a socre of 20. I killed him once with a granade. Then the seconf time with a plasma pistol, combined with a battle rifle. Then the last kill i threw a granade just 4 sec with the time limit. And of corse, he looked looked like he was gonna cry.

I remember a long time ago, back sometime after the ps2 was new, My brother was going to throw away the first playstation, mainly because the mod chip stopped working. We got ours in Korea, so neither of us(with me being a child and all) knew how to get another.
Anywho, I begged and pleaded for him to not throw it out. I didn't believe him when he said the mod chip didn't work, and I even cried alot. He then challenged me in a game of James bond;Agent under fire. The rules were zero gravity, castle statge, jet packs on, first to 50 wins. My adrenalin was heavily boosting my gaming ability, and I was crushing my brother. By the time I had gotten to 30 points, the grin on my brother's face(whom had 19 poins) got bigger, and he started getting for real. I was bawling my eyes out, doing 2-second temper tandrums as my brother made his way to 45 points. He then dropped the controller and went to the bathroom, knowing that the game was unpaused. He then said "Here, you can kill me while I'm gone." So I did. Alot. By the time he came back, I was there with 48 points...he got fully serious, and got five kills on me before I could land a hit on him. I felt as though my heart was smashed into a million pieces as threw the biggest tandrum ever on his floor....
and ofr the record, the games I had suited for the mod chip was Powerstone, two diffrent digimon games, and a spiderman game.(May not be much to you guys, but hey. I was a kid.)

When I first seen the Mega Man Zero games and followed them ((I never actually got the chance to play them though)), I saw the intro stage of MMZ1, seeing Zero there, inactive and all. At first, I knew something was odd about that Zero, it looked like him and all, but there was something odd about him. Eventually, my thoughts came true when I got to the point of seeing MMZ3's last boss, Omega Zero, the original body of Zero, all this time, the Zero that was played was a fake, I was like...omg...The Zero that was locked in the first game was Zero's feeling and heart, Wily took them off him and a copy was created, and now Omega Zero had taken control of his body, making him the true ultimate destruction-killing machine.

The best moment I had in a video game was at the very end of Lunar Silver Star Story Complete for the PS1.
After about an hour of combat, Ghaleon (the final boss) used this powerful spell, wiping out everyone except the leader, Alex (he wasn't doing too great himself). I had no items to heal him, no items to revive, nothing at all. All I had, was the exact amount of MP needed to use his strongest move Sword Dance. So, either I got killed by Ghaleon's strongest magic spell, or I dealt some damage. I got up, ready to reset the game and try again, since Lunar has a way of smacking you to the floor when you try to beat it.
Ghaleon attacked first. He appeared right in front of Alex, slashed him with his sword, then went back to his space. I couldn't believe it when the words "MISS" came up. Nearly Sh** myself. Then, Alex's turn came. He runs up to Ghaleon, slashes him a dozen times, then jumps back through the air, landing back in his space.
"...Ghuh!" Ghaleon falls.
"OH HELL YES!" It was the most epic moment ever in a video game for me. Nothing in my gaming history compares. And I doubt that anything will.

I think the biggest "YES!!"-moment to me was when I beat Omega in Final Fantasy 8. Needed to abuse invincibility to win him, which didn't work every time... So when the dice-rolls went on, it was awesome to win.
On another note, I never managed to beat the "less-powerful" Ultima Weapon in the same FF-edition. The annoying junction-system + the notoriously lame Malboro series before it always got me killed before I even reached it. Then when I did reach it, it killed me. Duh. >.<
